Shipping and Returns
Goods may be ordered for delivery to UK mainland addresses only. If you wish to order goods for delivery elsewhere, please contact us for shipping costs and to place your order. We reserve the right to dispatch goods by whatever means we deem appropriate. Delivery should be expected within 7 - 14 working days. We make every attempt to ship your package within 48 hours of receipt of payment, Monday - Friday. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure that you list a valid street address for delivery. We will make every effort to inform you of any back orders and provide an estimated ship date. Items that are ordered at the same time are not always shipped together due to product availability. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged we will assist in filing an insurance claim with the courier.
Our Company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.
All merchandise is guaranteed for 5 years with the exception of the Inspection Range and Cell Security Range which have a 1 year warranty.
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 5 year warranty period. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and assembly instructions will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received. To arrange a return please see below “How to arrange a return”.
What We Will Accept Back as a Return
In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, The Convex Mirror Shop operates a 7 day no quibble cancellation and return policy for goods bought on the convexmirrorshop.co.uk website.
If you wish to cancel your order and return any product for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions for return. The Convex Mirror Shop may at its discretion accept products back outside the 7 day no quibble period if they are faulty. We will not however accept claims of damage in transit or products not meeting their description outside that period.If the goods are not defective, for a refund of the purchase price of the products they should be returned at your own cost in the original packaging with all accessories and assembly instructions and should arrive in a re-saleable condition.
How to Arrange a Return
To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number please use the Contact Us facility on this website quoting your original order number and reason for return. Alternatively, contact our sales office on telephone number 01252 343949. We will supply a Returns Authorisation Number and provide advice on how to return your product.
No goods should be returned without a Returns Authorisation Number.
